I was very impressed with the services provided to me by Balsdon Floor Sanding from first phone call to completion of the project. He took my old floors and made them look like new again which was an asset in adding value to my home for resale. Korey was professional, efficient and well educated with his work. The project was within my budget, done in a very timely manner and there was no mess left behind. We are so SO pleased with the new flooring we had installed today!!! Korey was professional, punctual and incredibly helpful with the "little questions". Me and my husband wanted to get rid of our old worn out carpet and get the hardwood under it refinished. Korey Balsdon came to our home and took a look at the old hardwood and talked with us about our best options. Due to staining from a previous animal, Korey recommended staining the floor a dark color to hide the majority of the stains. After staining the floor it looked brand new and you would never have know about any animals living there.
The work that Balsdon Floor Sanding does is second to none, from the first phone call to the final signature Korey Balsdon one was one the most professional tradesmen i have ever had the pleasure of working with. The workmanship is amazing and he keeps you at ease and well informed though out the project. We were not to sure on colors, so Korey came over and showed up a wide range of different stains and recommended ones he thought would work best with our floor.
